Ribeye Steaks (about 1 inch thick)

For the Lobster Tails with Compound Butter:
2 Lobster Tails (6-8 oz each), shell-on
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 small shallot, finely minced
Zest of 1 lemon
